1. Data protection at a glance
General information
The following gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
Data collection on this website
This website is deliberately kept lean: we use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, and no external fonts or scripts. No automated collection of personal data takes place when you visit the site, aside from the technically unavoidable server logs of our hosting provider (see "Hosting" below).
You can only contact us via the email address linked on this site. This opens your own email program – no form data is sent to our server.
2. Hosting
External hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). When you visit the site, the host automatically processes technical access data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) in so-called server log files. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not combined with other data sources.
The host is used in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use the following host:
Vercel Inc.
440 N Barranca Avenue #4133
Covina, CA 91723
USA
A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the above provider, or its standard data processing terms have been accepted.
Note on data transfer to the USA
Our host is based in the USA. Technical access data (server log files) may therefore be transferred to the USA when you visit the site. Transfers to Vercel Inc. are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under Art. 46 GDPR as an appropriate safeguard.
